Refund policy
Last updated 15 September 2026
We would rather fix a conversion than keep money you are unhappy with. This page explains when we refund, how to ask, and what happens when you cancel.
1. Try before you pay
Every account starts on the free plan with a monthly allowance of conversions. We recommend running a real page of your own through the service before upgrading, so you know exactly what the output looks like.
2. Refund window
If a paid plan is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund that billing period in full, provided the allowance has been used only for evaluation. Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case.
3. When we always refund
We refund in full when the service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing month, when you were charged twice for the same period, or when a conversion failed because of a defect on our side and we could not resolve it.
4. When we usually cannot refund
We generally cannot refund a period whose allowance has been substantially used, a subscription cancelled part way through a period that has already been served, or dissatisfaction with a result caused by a source we could not read — we will always try to fix the conversion first.
5. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan. Your saved conversions and design files remain available.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect as soon as they are applied to your account, with the new allowance available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
7. How to request a refund
Contact Braingig LLC through the details published at braingig.com with your account email, the payment date and a short note about what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
